oh, yeah. although he&#039;s not a developer, I know one guy in advertising who used to earn a bomb as a creative director type in an S.E. Asian country during the boom. Now back home and solidly unemployed, he won&#039;t apply for jobs under e.g. 200K salary or expensive, fat, senior job title. he&#039;s got no idea about his real worth in a bear market, which is, a job like that goes only to some guy with track record 5yrs+ in a job like that. not a piddling internet startup that went broke in H.K.</description>
