I've been saying this for a long time, pointing out the PLO charter for a while. The PLO basically conscripts every Palestinian into an army, including women and children, which means there *are* no non-military targets, should Israel decide to read the charter literally. Thank God they don't, or else it'd be the equivalent of national elimination of the Palestinians (which is, incidentally, exactly what the Palestinians ask for the Jews.) Bingo.
