After a moment or 2 of digging, I noticed that both Neal Ford and Martin Fowler work for ThoughtWorks: http://www.thoughtworks.com/thoughtworker-profiles.html    I&#039;ll give the benefit of the doubt, and suppose that they&#039;ve worked together fleshing some of these ideas out.</description>
